A fantastic course which delves into depths of Risk Management with resources, examples and stages. The course ended up covering all questions and situations I had in my head. Like - 1. Burnout and working on full steam constantly. 2. Time to focus on risk management and taking it seriously, else the dire state of the games industry. 3. Difference between project, program and portfolio risk management. 4. Outsource risk management - I have seen this go wrong so many times. 5. Very useful resources provided and repeated things like importance of over communicating and not being afraid to escalate. I specifically liked Section 13 which is great as a summary and brought together various level to help everything think about the audience on the other levels based on the level they are and reporting risks.
